MEMBERSHIP AND BENEFITS ADVISOR (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Role: 10 Month Contract - Hybrid (2 days office based and 3 days remote)
Hours: 35 weekly (Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm)
Salary: £26,000 + benefits

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be providing an exceptional level of customer service to our existing and potential new customers
  • You’ll be liaising with and supporting our customers over the telephone, handling in coming calls
  • You’ll be supporting customers throughout all stages of their journey with CIM
  • You’ll be passionately promoting our membership and benefits to customers, members and colleagues
  • You’ll be exceeding our customers’ expectations ensuring they have all that they need to make informed decisions relating to CIMs’ solutions.
  • You’ll be listening to our customers and encouraging feedback
