Job Description Potters Resorts Five Lakes Golf Club is seeking a commercially aware, proactive and personable Membership & Engagement Executive to lead and manage the club’s membership growth, retention and engagement activity. This role is responsible for the full membership lifecycle, including membership sales, renewal performance, member communication and the delivery of initiatives that grow and strengthen the membership base. A core part of this role is digital engagement — using email marketing, WhatsApp communications and CRM tools to connect with members and prospects in a consistent, professional and timely way. The successful candidate will own the membership sales journey from enquiry through to conversion, manage the annual membership renewal process, and deliver communication and engagement that enhances the overall member experience. This is a commercially focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills, sales confidence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with members and prospective members. In addition to leading membership performance, the role will support operational standards across the golf shop and golf bar where required, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience throughout the facility. Core Responsibilities: Membership Sales & Commercial Growth: Take responsibility for driving membership growth and achieving agreed sales targets. Membership Renewal & Retention Performance: Responsible for delivering strong annual membership renewal performance and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction. Member Communication & Engagement: Consistent, clear and engaging communication with members CRM & Data Management: Accurate data management Membership Marketing Initiatives: Play an active role in implementing marketing initiatives that generate membership enquiries and support membership growth. Golf Shop Operations: The role holder will support daily golf operations where required, ensuring high service standards are maintained Golf Bar & Food Service Support: Where required, the role holder may support the golf bar operation to ensure a high standard of service is maintained. Member Experience & Club Standards: You will act as an ambassador for the golf club and play a key role in maintaining the club’s welcoming and professional environment.
