Pay rate: $16.00 while training, between $16.50 and $17.50 after training is complete. Estimated at 29 hours weekly.

SUMMARY

The Membership and Wellness Assistant ensures the smooth operation of wellness and membership services at the Community YMCA at Gulf Breeze and Bear Levin Studer locations. This position oversees scheduling, member assistance, staff support, fitness admin duties, contributing to the overall member experience and operational excellence.

  • Some college and 2 years’ experience preferably in a nonprofit environment.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • First aid/CPR/AED certifications required.
  • General knowledge of exercise equipment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Daxko Operations software preferred.
