Job Title: Membership Clerk
Department: Program & Operations
Site: Woodland Park Middle School, La Mirada Academy, Double Peak K-8, (possible future additions)
Direct Reports: N/A
Salary: $18
FLSA Status: Part-time & Non-exempt

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have valid identification.
• Knowledge of basic youth development, the Boys & Girls Club movement, or similar concepts.
• Ability to organize, supervise, and discipline youth members safely.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Work experience with a Boys & Girls Club or other youth serving organization. (preferred but not required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Maintain a high energy level.
• Be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• Speak clearly and hear normal conversations as well as out of the ordinary noises. o Sit or stand for four plus hours per day.
• Stoop, bend, climb, and walk frequently.
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Pass TB Test and background check
