Point Grey Golf and Country Club, nestled in the heart of scenic landscapes, is a prestigious private club renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and unparalleled member services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Membership & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Membership & Communications Manager plays a central role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for members at Point Grey Golf & Country Club. This position manages all aspects of membership, including onboarding, category transfers, and resignations, while working with the Membership Committee to ensure compliance with Club policies.
The Manager also oversees all member communications, from newsletters and announcements to the website and social media, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and reflects the Club’s culture and values. Reporting to the General Manager/COO and working closely with the Head of Membership Sales, this role helps align membership operations and communications with the Club’s overall goals and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in membership management, member services, or a similar role, ideally within a private club, hospitality, or association setting.
  • Strong understanding of membership processes, including applications, category transfers, resignations, and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, website content, and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, develop procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
