Position Summary As a Membership Concierge, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments Serves as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources Position Requirements High School graduate or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Passion to serve others Effective communication skills Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Benefits All team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time: A fully subsidized membership Discounts on Life Time products and services 401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older) Training and professional development Paid sick leave where required by law Full-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Short term and long term disability insurance Life insurance Pre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plans Parental leave and adoption assistance Paid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leave Deferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income threshold Life Time is a place for everyone.
