Description AFC Bala Cynwyd is seeking a full-time Membership Consultant to join our sales force. As a Membership Consultant, you will join the AFC sales team and become a contributing factor to the sales goals set by our General Manager and COO. You will bring high energy and ambition and relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth health and wellness environment. You will be performing the day-to-day functions of a highly productive sales advisor, as well as having a concentrated focus on accomplishing team and club goals. As a great communicator, you will be able to successfully engage with potential and existing members to guide them on their unique path toward their best health outcomes. As a great listener, you will make them feel comfortable as you learn their pain points and effectively talk them through the many options available to them at AFC. You’re a self-starter, and helping others is a natural impulse. You have the patience and determination to know that sometimes sales can be a long game, and that consistent follow-up wins every time. Marketing experience required. Must have worked and demonstrated success in a high volume sales environment. Base salary, substantial commission and bonuses & excellent benefit package. At least 1 year of sales experience, possess strong interpersonal skills and always stay customer focused. Schedule based on business need. Marketing and community outreach required. Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
