Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our club and responsible for driving membership growth, cultivating relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to be the face of the club, a sales gun who can confidently convert leads into loyal members, and a retention expert who will ensure our members feel valued long after they join.
You will engage potential members through digital channels, in-person walk-ins, and over the phone, while also focusing on community outreach and collaboration.
Additionally, you will manage social media content to attract new members and engage with our local community. We need a self-led, confident individual who can thrive without the need for micromanagement, someone who is a go-getter that can dig deep, bring in new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads. In the ever-growing industry of health and wellness, we need to stand out from the rest with our clean, state-of-the-art equipment, amazing community, culture, and the strong community feel we’ve built. Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales: Actively prospect, engage, and follow up with potential new members via digital channels, phone calls, and in-person walk-ins.
  • Convert Leads: Confidently convert leads into memberships by presenting our club’s services and value, whether via digital platforms, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate our club’s services, membership packages, and special offers to prospects.
  • Conduct Tours: Provide in-person tours of the facility and demonstrate the value of our club’s services to potential members.
  • Lead Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversion rates.
  • Customer Service: Build rapport with prospective and existing members by addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new memberships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Career Progression: Take advantage of a massive opportunity for career progression as we expand, with potential for growth into higher-level positions within the organisation.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging, savvy social media content to attract new members, promote club events, and engage the local community. A strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation is desirable.
