Greets members and guests promptly and with a smile in order to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the club
Achieves monthly set sales targets
Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions at all times
Contacts assigned on a timely basis
Contacts new leads within twenty-four hours
Maintains accurate records of all leads, new sales and sales activities in the CRM
Conducts sales presentation according to established systems
Achieves Minimum Performance Criteria (MPC)
Prepares daily sales reports
Projects a professional and polished image at all times
Provides excellent customer service at all times to members and guests
Completes all formalities of a newly joined member and initiates and oversees induction process
Gets back to complaints within 24 hours and works on resolving them within 48 hours with an action report submitted to management
Analyzes CRM data in order to capture areas for improvement
Follows up on leads and missed opportunities
Makes scheduled customer service calls to check on members
Responds immediately to member inquiries, concerns and requests
Establishes and maintains an effective referral system
Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the supervisor/manager
Attends all trainings required by the management
Participates in team-building activities
Tries out new products, equipment, classes and provides feedback to the management
Generates leads required through different mediums including in-club events, outreach activities and social media
Seeks for additional training and coaching on areas that need improvement
Invites guests to club events in an effort to convert them to members
