What You’ll Do

  • Welcome & Wow: Greet every member and guest with a smile and top-notch service.
  • Smooth Operator: Keep front desk operations running like clockwork — from checking memberships to managing payments.
  • Problem Solver: Handle member questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Sales Support: Help convert walk-ins and trials into happy, loyal members.
  • Ambassador: Promote our referral programs, encourage Google reviews, and help grow our community.
  • Keep It Clean & Safe: Monitor the gym environment, report issues, and make announcements to keep the club welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, approachable attitude that makes people feel welcome.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable learning new software and gym systems.
  • Previous front desk, retail, or customer service experience a plus!
