Description The primary role of this position is to provide support for business online banking, ACH inquiries, wire transactions, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, Remote Deposit Capture, and all other treasury management products and service activities. Location Enchanted Hills Branch located in Rio Rancho, NM Essential Functions & Responsibilities Supports Branches, Virtual Contact Center and Business Development teams in establishing and sustaining successful business and non-business member relationships that maximize the sales and revenues of products and services from the credit union operations while providing optimum member service. Assist VP Virtual Experience in establishing the day-to-day business practices to build a central resource for treasury services and operations within the credit union. Supports and assists VP Virtual Experience to ensure compliance of treasury services, organizational policies and regulations, audits, site visits, as well as educational training sessions and refreshers on business services and operations for branch, Virtual Contact Center, and department staff as appropriate and needed. Assist members in person and via telephone through a consultative approach to determine the most value-added products and/or services to meet individual member needs. Provide support, training, troubleshooting, and education to members regarding Remote & Merchant Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, Payroll Service, ACH Services, Mobile Service, Account Analysis, and any other ancillary products and/or services. Process ACH and Remote Deposit Capture applications while working closely with VP VXP and Lending for underwriting. Initiate, approve wire transfers, and provide support for other online banking system features, usage, and hardware. Performance Measurements: Ensures that the highest standards for member experience and satisfaction are met through the timely resolution of member service issues, complaints and trouble shooting. Daily monitoring including but not limited to, maintaining and verifying ACH transactions, RDC limits, and Funds Transfer increases. Work effectively in a team environment contributing to the success of the branch, Virtual Contact Center, and organization. Comply with all regulations, security procedures, and complete all mandatory annual compliance courses. Salary Starting pay: $19.80 - $24.75 an hour, based on qualifications, internal equity, and budget.
