POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for supervising the Member Services Associates and assisting in other membership functions. *Starting pay is $13.00 per hour DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must stay current in CPRPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually. Supervise Member Service Associates. Coordinate Member Services associate scheduling. Assist in hiring, firing and development of Member Services Associates. Manage and reconcile branch bank draft returns and daily deposits. Coordinate and provide training of Member Services Associates. Monitor sales goals and prepare reports as required. Input membership and program information into computer. Participate in Association Teams as required. Assist with and participate in branch/association special events. Assist with renewals, cancellations and bank drafts. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor. Accept and demonstrate the positive character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with members, donors and volunteers. Requirements Must be certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid. (Training provided by the Y, if needed) High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years' experience in sales or service-oriented business. Effective communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, multi-task oriented, knowledge in hiring, customer service, sales, marketing, retention, computer skills and human relations. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
