JOB SUMMARY

The Membership Coordinator plays a vital role in managing member relations and ensuring a seamless experience for all members. This role is essential to ensuring a positive member experience, from onboarding new members to processing renewals and maintaining accurate records for the membership database. The position provides administrative and customer service support to the Membership Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma is required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in administrative support, customer service or membership/association work
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and AMS system experience is a plus
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $45,258.38 - $54,504.71 per year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide professional assistance to current and prospective members
  • Support the new member onboarding process, including welcome communication and packets
  • Send renewal reminders and follow-up communications
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the membership database
  • Process new member applications, renewals and payment transactions
  • Assist with membership recruitment materials
  • Coordinate the mailing of renewal materials
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Membership Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned
