Description

Purposely Crafted LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Membership Coordinator to help expand The Network Hub, a growing community of mental health professionals in Palm Beach County and connected areas. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with current members, engaging new providers, and supporting the Hub’s growth through consistent communication, membership support, and administrative coordination. The Membership Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Coordinator and play a key role in fostering community connections, supporting providers, and enhancing organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional member support, manage administrative processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or office environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and ClickUp; QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Passion for mental health, holistic wellness, and community building.
  • Graduate students are encouraged to apply.
