We’re looking for a Membership Coordinator who can help bring that experience to life through a highly organized, detail-driven approach to member engagement. This role sits at the center of the membership journey; owning the coordination of key touch points , supporting prospect flow, and ensuring every interaction feels considered and seamless. What You’ll Do Maintain and manage CRM with accuracy (prospect data, notes, status updates) Coordinate scheduling for founder dinners and 1:1 meetings with prospective members Track RSVPs and manage follow-ups with consistency and timeliness Distribute membership materials (agreements, one-pagers, supporting documents) Prepare pipeline reporting for leadership review Manage referral intake and conduct initial screening of prospective members What We’re Looking For Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through; no loose ends Polished and professional communicator (phone, email, in-person) Comfortable working in CRM systems; strong technical fluency Proactive—anticipates needs and solves problems before they surface Responsive and reliable; able to turn requests quickly and accurately 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role Experience That Translates Well Luxury retail or hospitality administration Private club or country club front desk High-end real estate coordination Concierge or guest services roles Executive assistant support to senior leadership Why This Role This is an opportunity to be part of building a membership community from the ground up.
