Position Title: Membership Data and Operations Specialist

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Membership Data and Operations Specialist to join a Non Profit in NW Washington, DC. MEMBERSHIP DATA AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST POSITION SUMMARY:

-Utilize Association Management System (AMS) to run queries and generate reports.
-Export data into Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze data.
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the AMS.
-Provide analytical support to assess progress on specific projects.
-Maintain relationship with AMS vendor to resolve membership issues.
-Provide AMS training for new staff and establish standard operating procedures.
-Maintain and update membership records in the database.
-Serve as the membership department’s primary contact and respond to member and non-member inquiries.
-Manage logistics for all membership related mailings and shipping processes.
-Process all membership dues related payments and refunds.

MEMBERSHIP DATA AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Minimum four years experience utilizing Association Management Systems (AMS).
-Ability to extract, analyze, and manage complex membership data.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, dynamic arrays and spill functions.
-Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
-ASANA project management software experience preferred.
-Experience with the Higher Logic volunteer platform is ideal.
-Familiarity with AMS ClearVantage preferred.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage high-volume calls and emails.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
