ABOUT THE ROLE:

Frilford Heath Golf Club is seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Membership and Golf Events Executive to join our team. This is a key customer-facing role, responsible for delivering a positive member experience, supporting the full membership cycle, and coordinating golf events, competitions, and club communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective and existing members
• Lead welcome sessions and ensure new members feel supported and informed
• Support membership renewals and help grow our community
• Coordinate competitions, social events, and corporate or charity golf days
• Maintain and communicate the club calendar and key updates
• Assist with internal marketing, member communications, and social media
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of major tournaments and golf-related activities
