Description Summary The National Corn Growers Association seeks an Insights Manager to support our organization by using data analysis to improve outreach and communication to our members and deliver exceptional customer service to our association members and state association partners. This position will lead data analysis and interpretation to improve member offerings, support the operation and development of the NCGA Yield Contest, and provide a suite of services to our members and state association partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Reports to: NCGA Director of Membership Strategy and Operations Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Membership Insights (50%) Data Analysis Assist the Director of Membership Strategy and Operations with data analysis projects to develop insights to drive member engagement. Use insights from data analysis to develop actionable member engagement opportunities. Support state membership needs, including, but not limited to: Uploading membership records into NCGA’s member database Creating, updating and providing reports and reporting support to states Support invoicing needs and other duties as assigned. Manage all membership accounting functions, including, but not limited to: Calculating accounts payable and accounts receivable Working with NCGA’s accounting team to invoice partners Communicating with partners on the status of invoicing and payment Member Engagement (50%) Yield Contest Operation and Development Provide customer service to yield contest participants during peak times Provide support to the Senior Manager, Yield Contest to approve harvest entries Support the development of future program expansion opportunities Provide additional, ongoing support to the contest through the year as needed Member Recruitment and Retention Program Manage annual program development and administration Implement recruiter incentives, recruiter hall of fame, and support state recruiter programs NCGA Member Perks Manage gift card orders Administer the NCGA scholarship program Conduct annual reviews of member perk use Qualifications and Skills Strong proficiency in data and trend analysis required Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets required Experience using Salesforce CRM software preferred Ability to build relationships with and become a resource for corn grower members, state and national staff, and boards and committee members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders Ability and willingness to travel Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong proficiency in data and trend analysis Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets Travel Requires travel (20%). Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
