Trade Association, Nantwich, Cheshire Location: Hybrid (Office 1 day per week + Remote, following induction training) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Part time, Permanent Are you passionate about digital systems, data integrity, and creating seamless member experiences? SSA UK and FEDESSA are looking for a Membership IT Officer to lead the optimisation and integration of our CRM and CMS platforms (Pixl8 Ready Membership) across both our UK and European operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team at the heart of the self storage industry, where technology meets community. The Key Responsibilities centre around administration and maintenance of the Ready Membership system with a focus on accuracy and performance to support membership processes including applications, renewals, communications, and event logistics. You’ll also be asked to interrogate the data produced by the system to help us – and our members - improve. We are seeking someone with significant CRM/CMS experience, an easy familiarity with data and IT systems, and a willingness to work as a key part of a high-performing (and award-winning) trade association team. We offer a hybrid role with the opportunity for some UK and occasional European travel.
