REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management, particularly in the Sport & Wellness industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and collaboration
  • Good leadership and team management abilities
  • Target-oriented, with a commitment to achieving measurable results.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage membership programs and design strategies to attract and retain members
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, Digital Media, and related departments to promote membership programs
  • Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with membership members
  • Handle community complaints and provide feedback to the management
  • Organize events for members to increase engagement and loyalty
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Produce monthly reports on membership numbers and revenue
