REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates who hold a Diploma/ GCE “A” levels is preferred.
  • Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)

Responsibilities
  • Membership Processing: Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
  • Member Support: Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
  • Membership Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
  • Sales and Marketing: Generating leads, following up on inquiries, and delivering product information. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Report Generation: Generate regular reports on membership trends, statistics, and performance metrics.
  • System Maintenance: Update and maintain the membership management system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to member data.
