Description
As the Membership Relocations Specialist, you will act as the primary project manager for our Golden Visa and relocation initiatives within the creator economy. Your core focus will be managing the end-to-end evaluation process for Golden Visas and relocations. You will assess candidate profiles, manage all related communications, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless operational journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on the pipeline. Core Responsibilities Profile Assessment & Approvals -Application Review: Diligently review all inbound submissions for Relocations and Golden Visa applications. -Profile Assessment: Evaluate candidate profiles against established criteria to make confident "accept" or "reject" decisions. -Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate, and audit-ready documentation of all decisions, rationale, and final approvals on a weekly and monthly basis. Communication & Problem Solving -Inbound Management: Own and manage all inbound communications, acting as the primary point of contact for applicants regarding their status, and general communication and inbound. -One on one Meetings with Creators and Enablers interested in relocation support -Delivering scaled webinars to creators and enablers for Golden Visa and Relocation processes -Troubleshooting: Proactively identify bottlenecks or issues in the application and relocation processes, stepping in to troubleshoot and resolve them swiftly. Third-Party & Project Management -Partner Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors (e.g., PROs, government liaisons, relocation agencies) to execute approved relocations. -Pipeline Tracking: Act as the project manager for the relocation lifecycle, tracking the progress of each individual to ensure timely execution and a smooth transition. Reporting & Analytics -Regular Updates: Compile and deliver accurate weekly and monthly progress updates to leadership. -Presentation Reports: Create clear, structured presentation decks detailing key metrics, such as application volumes, approval/rejection rates, third-party performance, and ongoing relocation statuses. KPI -Accurate and timely assessment of inbound submissions with clear documentation. -High responsiveness and clarity in applicant communications. -Seamless coordination internally, and with third-party partners, resulting in on-time and issue-free relocations. -Consistent, high-quality reporting that provides leadership with full visibility into the mobility pipeline.
