We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential members, promote our offerings, and build lasting relationships to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and territory sales.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct technical product demos effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing member experiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new membership leads and opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while developing new business relationships through B2B sales initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
  • Perform cold calling and direct sales efforts to engage potential members.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and upsell services based on member needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract new members.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective members to secure memberships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in territory management.
  • Participate in sales management meetings to discuss strategies for improving performance.
