As a Gym Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing members. Your primary responsibility is to drive membership sales, provide exceptional customer service, and help grow the gym’s community. You will engage with prospects, understand their fitness needs, and offer solutions that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, outreach, and phone inquiries. Conduct gym tours, highlighting facilities, classes, and membership benefits. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert prospects into members. Maintain knowledge of gym programs, services, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage referrals and retention. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Assist with front desk duties, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Participate in community events and local outreach to promote the gym. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred. Passion for health and fitness with a strong understanding of gym culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
