JOB OVERVIEW

The Membership Director plays a pivotal role in driving membership growth and engagement within our organization. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in outside sales and customer service, who can effectively analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in account management, technology sales, and utilizing Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within a membership-based organization or similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and member needs effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A passion for fostering community engagement and enhancing member experiences.
