At Northumberland’s BEST After School & Summer Camps and United BJJ & Muay Thai, we’re looking for a Membership Sales & Communications Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for families and members.
This role is about more than administration — it’s about creating a welcoming, family-friendly experience while helping families see the value of joining our programs. You’ll combine membership sales, parent communications, and administrative support to ensure our programs run smoothly and every family feels supported.
Because we rely on digital tools to keep our programs organized, you’ll also need to be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. From managing forms and emails to tracking memberships and updating schedules, being tech-friendly will be an important part of your success in this role (training provided).
We’re looking for someone who is confident asking for the membership sale in a natural, relationship-focused way. If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things organized, and helping families find the right fit, this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
