YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the facility, responsible for attracting new members and ensuring they have the best possible experience. Your key tasks will include:
✔ Driving Membership Sales – Proactively generating leads through networking, outreach, and follow-ups.
✔ Creating a Standout Member Experience – Conducting engaging gym tours, explaining membership benefits, and tailoring packages to suit individual needs.
✔ Building Community Connections – Attending local events, forming business partnerships, and increasing brand awareness.
✔ Member Engagement & Retention – Strengthening relationships with current members to maximise referrals and satisfaction.
✔ Collaborating with Marketing – Supporting promotional campaigns, social media outreach, and exclusive offers.
