We’re looking to expand our sales team and hire a Membership Sales Coordinator and help us grow that family. This role is all about connecting with people, guiding them through their first steps into our gym, and making sure their journey starts on the right foot.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 2 year of sales experience.
  • Advertising campaign experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong ability to lead a team and work directly with owners.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others improve their lives.
  • Fitness must be a priority in your own life and participation in the Colfax Strong community

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective members—respond to inquiries, schedule intro sessions, and give tours.
  • Lead consultative conversations to understand each person’s goals and recommend the right membership or program.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to help them take the next step.
  • Work closely with coaches and staff to ensure new members feel welcomed and supported.
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales metrics to help the team grow.
  • Represent Colfax Strong’s values of inclusivity, community, and excellence in every interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and nurturing to the completion of gym membership sales.
  • Conduct free gym introductions for potential clients, tailoring these to individual needs and levels of athletic experience.
  • Manage advertising campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and increase gym memberships.
  • Collaborate closely with the owners and the rest of the team to drive the growth of the business.
  • Manage the referral program with the coaching team
  • Generate partnerships with local businesses
  • Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.
