The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a new private club at its inception and help shape its culture from the ground up. We are seeking an influential and highly connected Membership Sales Director to lead the club’s membership growth strategy and curate a vibrant, thoughtful, and engaged community.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of The Kodiak Club and working closely with the General Manager of Residences, this role is ideal for a natural connector who thrives in sophisticated social environments and understands how to build meaningful relationships with an elite, discerning audience.
What You’ll Do
Lead Membership Growth & Strategy:
- Design and execute a membership acquisition plan that drives growth locally in the Roaring Fork Valley and nationally in key luxury feeder markets.
- Play a pivotal role in building the founding member community, focusing on quality, diversity, and alignment with the club’s culture and values.
- Represent The Kodiak Club at curated events, social gatherings, and industry functions to connect with prospective members.
Create Meaningful Connections:
- Deliver a personalized, white-glove onboarding experience for prospective members.
- Foster authentic relationships with current members to encourage engagement and referrals.
Collaborate Across the Brand:
- Partner with the GM of Residences to integrate residential experiences into the membership journey.
- - Build partnerships with aligned luxury brands, real estate firms, and cultural organizations.
Analyze & Innovate:
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and use data to refine strategy.
- Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh ideas to keep The Kodiak Club at the forefront of luxury lifestyle offerings.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of success in luxury hospitality, private clubs, real estate, or other high-touch sales environments.
- Deep network within the Roaring Fork Valley and/or luxury markets (Dallas, South Florida, NY, LA).
- Highly polished, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Adept at building trust and relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Excited by the challenge of launching a new club and curating its inaugural membership base.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Aggressive commission structure: Clear KPIs tied to membership sales, with the potential for total earnings to exceed $150,000 (base + commission).
- Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives tied to membership milestones.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
