MEMBERSHIP SALES LIAISON

We are seeking a fun, goal driven minded sales person with a passion in promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others to join our TEAM at Anatomy….voted “Best Gym in Miami” 4 years in a row.

In this position, you’ll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on Anatomy’s success:

• Help develop monthly sales promotions and meet/exceed sales goals
• Generate leads thru prospecting, networking and member referrals
• Develop and cultivate relationships with members to garner member referral memberships
• Promote and attend club social events
• Serve as an Anatomy ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community member

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4+ years strong sales and/or management background with a proven track record of success

• Previous experience within hospitality a plus

  You function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge

• You are a born seller and are goal-driven

• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be able to work with flexible schedules, weekends and holidays if necessary

Sell club memberships and ancillaries

• Organize activities each month that include strategic outreach and revenue generation
• Build rapport and develop professional relationships with new and existing members
• Become proficient in Anatomy’s CRM systems
• Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals
• Manage time efficiently and effectively
