Part-Time Membership Sales / Member Coach Anytime Fitness Are you energetic, outgoing, and motivated by results? Anytime Fitness is looking for a driven Part-Time Membership Sales / Member Coach to help grow our club and positively impact our community. This is a great opportunity for aspiring personal trainers! Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM What You’ll Do: * Conduct club tours and present membership options * Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email * Generate referrals and community partnerships * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals * Deliver outstanding customer service What We’re Looking For: * Sales experience preferred (fitness industry a plus) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Comfortable asking for the sale * Passion for health and fitness * Interested in becoming a certified personal trainer trainer in 6-12 months What We Offer: * Base pay + commission (uncapped earning potential) * Performance bonuses * Complimentary gym membership * Opportunity for growth within the company If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and want to help change lives through fitness, we’d love to meet you!
