We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Studio Manager with strong sales experience and leadership skills to drive studio success and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do As a Studio Manager, you will lead daily operations while driving membership sales and creating a high-performance, positive studio culture: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-energy team while setting the tone for an engaging studio environment Drive membership sales by educating prospects and recommending personalized wellness programs Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium client experience at every touchpoint Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of all studio staff Maintain strong attention to detail while handling multiple systems and responsibilities simultaneously Monitor studio performance, track KPIs, and ensure financial accountability Execute company initiatives, programs, and operational strategies Build community relationships through outreach and local engagement efforts What We’re Looking For High-energy, positive, and professional leadership style Strong time management and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple systems Proven experience in sales, preferably membership-based services Background in fitness, health, or wellness industry preferred Prior management or leadership experience required Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
