Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company You’ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members Our Team Members are at the heart of what we do.
