We are seeking Customer Service Consultants to join our inbound contact centre team supporting a respected Victorian not-for-profit organisation providing membership services to the community. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner * Assisting members with membership updates and facilitating payments * Making outbound retention calls, assisting members to renew and renegotiate their memberships * Providing clear information regarding membership coverage and processes * Processing account updates across multiple systems * Resolving customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards * Following established procedures, compliance guidelines and quality frameworks   Working Hours You will work on a rotating roster within the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Rosters are provided in advance.   What We're Looking For * Previous customer service experience (contact centre experience highly regarded) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * A friendly and empathetic approach when supporting customers * Comfortable working with multiple computer systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes * Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work rotating shifts within the rostered hours   Recruitment Process Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Criminal History Background Check as part of the recruitment process.   Apply Today If you enjoy helping people and want to build your career in customer service within a supportive contact centre environment, we encourage you to apply now to secure your place in our April 2026 training intake.
