Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Outreach Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement. Appointment Setting: Manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit daily and monthly appointment and guest goals. Operations & Teamwork Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members. Data Integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system. Club Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests. Qualifications Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people. Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
