Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Planstin is seeking Membership Support Associate who enjoys helping individuals and families understand and navigate their healthcare options, including alternative healthcare solutions. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to member support.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our members, educating them on their benefits, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience. Our ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Share healthcare options with potential members and affiliates, guiding them toward the best solutions.
  • Educate members on their healthcare benefits, plan options, policies, and procedures with clarity and kindness.
  • Respond to member questions about their plans, access, sharing requests, reimbursements, and payment options, providing relevant education or reference materials via email.
  • Resolve member issues by identifying the root cause, filling knowledge gaps, or escalating complex problems for further assistance.
  • Process enrollments, membership changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all member interactions in our CRM system.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
  • Stay up to date with all changes in memberships and policies to provide accurate information.
