We are seeking a Membership Support professional to join our team in Elizabethton, TN. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to our members and ensuring smooth operations within the club. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of young people in our community.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in office management or clerical work is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with membership registration and maintain accurate member records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Peforming Parent Pick-Up duties.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Support the Membership Coordinator in communicating information to our families.
  • Utilize Google Suite and other office software for daily tasks and communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance member engagement and program participation.
