Description

We are looking for an experienced and methodical administrator who is confident working with CRM systems and high volumes of data to join our National Office team based at Capel Street in Dublin City Centre.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our national membership database accurate and up to date, receipting payments, generating reports, and ensuring new and existing members receive timely communications.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A minimum of 1 year’s CRM experience essential – Salesforce preferred, or strong alternative (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • High level of attention to detail and comfort in handling data entry tasks
  • Solid Excel skills – able to generate reports and manage spreadsheets
  • Organised and calm under pressure – able to re-focus quickly after calls/emails/interruptions
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a helpful approach
  • Interest in the non-profit or community/ NGO sector is a plus
  • Qualified candidates interested in part time work will also be considered
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to €30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the membership database (Salesforce) maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records on the CRM
  • Process improvements and maintaining high data input standards
  • Extract data and create reports for senior management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other Membership Support Team members
  • Excellent standard of English required to communicate clearly to resolve complex member queries by phone and email
  • Participate in the organisation of National Events such as the annual AGM with occasional travel to event sites
