We’re looking for a Membership Sales Coordinator to help us grow and nurture that community. (Also known as a Membership Coordinator, Member Services Coordinator, Customer Service & Membership Coordinator, or Member Experience Specialist—if you’ve worked in any of these roles, this opportunity could be a great fit!)
What You’ll Do
- Welcoming guests and members with warmth and professionalism
- Promoting and selling memberships to prospective guests and visitors
- Retaining current members by building relationships and ensuring they receive full value from their membership
- Planning and promoting fun group activities that bring members together (competitions, socials, appreciation nights, etc.)
- Building a strong community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for shooting sports
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for all member questions, concerns, and needs

- Organized & Proactive – You can juggle multiple tasks, from member outreach to event planning, with ease
- Passionate about Shooting Sports – Prior experience in ranges, recreation, hospitality, or membership-based organizations is a plus
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or membership services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
- Familiarity with CRM systems and event coordination is a plus

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Computer skills
- Skills in Microsoft office (all platforms)
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Organization and Filing Skills
- Strong Multitasking Skills
- Strong Communication skills through email, phone, or in person.
- Ability to maintain a positive and calm demeanor during periods of high volume or busy events.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team! (Being able to work as a team is mandatory!)
- Ability to learn new computer systems.
- Understanding of Firearms Safety or willingness to learn
- Ability/comfortability to work events around firearms.
