What You’ll Do

  • Welcoming guests and members with warmth and professionalism
  • Promoting and selling memberships to prospective guests and visitors
  • Retaining current members by building relationships and ensuring they receive full value from their membership
  • Planning and promoting fun group activities that bring members together (competitions, socials, appreciation nights, etc.)
  • Building a strong community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for shooting sports
  • Serving as a trusted point of contact for all member questions, concerns, and needs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or membership services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and event coordination is a plus

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Computer skills

  • Understanding of Firearms Safety or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding memberships.
  • Processing membership applications, renewals, and resignations.
  • Maintaining and updating membership records.
  • Assisting with member communication activities.
  • Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members.
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to track membership revenue.
  • Preparing membership marketing materials.
  • Updating Personal Information into the system
  • Booking In store and Outside Events
  • Running In store and Outside Events
  • Strong Customer Interactions
  • Organizing events and activities for existing and prospective members.
  • Giving customer tours to the facility, talking about our company values, promote classes and training.
  • Follow operating policies and standards and comply with company dress code.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
