YOUR IMPACT (DUTIES) As the House Manager, you are the heartbeat of the home. Your responsibilities include: * Team Leadership: Oversee a team of approximately 12 caregivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. * Resident Advocacy: Manage comprehensive care plans and recurring assessments for 16 residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity. * Family Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing transparent and compassionate communication regarding their loved one's status. * Operational Excellence: Maintain house budgets and order essential supplies, including groceries, personal care items, and medical supplies. * Regulatory Oversight: Ensure the home remains fully compliant with CDPHE regulations at all times through meticulous documentation and safety checks. * Facility Care: Monitor the physical environment and report any maintenance items to ensure the home remains a safe, beautiful space for residents. REQUIREMENTS * Experience: 2+ years of dementia care experience in a facility setting. * Leadership: Previous management or supervisory experience is required. * Credentials: Must have a current QMAP; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. * Compliance: Ability to pass a clean background check. * Heart: A deep-seated passion for memory care and a "Kindness First" mentality.
