Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. - Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents. - Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health and well-being. - Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with facility policies and procedures. - Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
