Available Shifts Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PRN / On-Call Shift availability may vary. What You'll Be Doing As a Memory Care Medication Technician, you'll provide safe medication administration while supporting residents living with memory loss in a compassionate, structured, and engaging environment. Your responsibilities may include: Administer prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders and Colorado QMAP regulations. Observe residents for changes in health, behavior, and medication responses. Accurately document medication administration and resident care. Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining assistance. Provide reassurance, redirection, and compassionate support for residents experiencing cognitive impairment. Encourage participation in daily routines and meaningful activities that enhance quality of life. Work closely with nurses, caregivers, therapists, and family members to provide exceptional resident care. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized medication room while following all regulatory requirements. Help create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment where every resident is treated with dignity. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy serving seniors and who remain calm, patient, and compassionate while caring for residents with memory-related conditions. Qualifications Active Colorado QMAP Certification (Required) Previous experience as a QMAP, Medication Technician, Medication Aide, Certified Medication Aide, CNA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or Personal Care Aide preferred Experience working in Memory Care, Dementia Care, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Home Health is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Passion for enriching the lives of seniors living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia Grow With Us Bridgewater Community is more than a workplace-it's a place where dedicated caregivers come together to improve the lives of seniors every day.
