With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care. *Applications must be received by 5pm on December 17th in order to be considered* Title: Wellness Manager Reports to: Memory Care Director Pay: $74,400 to $93,100 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, plus on-call JOB SUMMARY: The Wellness Manager is responsible for providing leadership among staff and management of the health and wellbeing of the residents. The Wellness Manager is responsible for overseeing the medication programs, assisting in recruiting, hiring, and training of the clinical team, and is responsible for personnel leadership and performance management. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of memory care experience, required Business or management experience/acumen, highly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain professional and courteous relationships with patients, families, and visitors. Professionalism and ability to be discreet with confidential and sensitive issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Coordinates resident health and wellness needs, medication program, resident assessments, individualized plans of care, and ancillary health services. Oversees infection control program for the facility. Completes new resident onboarding process. Manages prospective resident waitlist and provides customer tours as needed. Participates in the facility Quality Management Program and ensures processes meet quality and regulatory compliance.
