Job Description •Develop and execute validation plan for MEMS sensors of BST in Test Center Suzhou. •Perform Characterization and Reliability tests of MEMS sensors. •Actively build up and improve the new test capabilities of Test Center Suzhou. •Support for reliability test plan set up and analysis test results in mass production. •Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues. •Great Collaboration with cross-functional team internal/external Test Center Suzhou •Develop and optimize the test procedures and documentation continuously. •Debugging and commissioning for new test setup release. •Stay up to date with test standards and best practices related to MEMS sensor testing. •Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies. •Other stuff assigned by line manager. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, electronics, physics or related field. •Fluent English in written and verbal. •Outstanding communication and topics driving skills. •At least 3 years'experience in testing and reliability field; prefer MEMS background. •Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products and production. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Familiar with data evaluation tools, e.g. MATLAB, Python...... •Experience and passion on CIP/Innovation in work. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international or a cross-function team. Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for developing and executing validation plans for MEMS sensors, performing characterization and reliability tests, and actively building up new test capabilities at the Test Center in Suzhou. They must also analyze test results, support reliability test setup in mass production, and continuously optimize test procedures and documentation.
