SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Men’s/Ladies Pinehurst Country Club Locker Rooms. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or (GED) required and a minimum of one month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Replenish Locker Room supplies. Keep Locker Rooms clean, neat and orderly. Mop floors, dust, vacuum carpeted areas, and remove trash. Clean bathroom and shower room areas. i.e. toilets, showers, urinals. Maintain cleanliness of lower level areas at all times. Provide service to Members as needed Provide shoe cleaning service and replace spikes as requested Assist with the needs of the Organized groups Be knowledgeable as to how a Member uses the computers for posting and Golf Sign-ups Issue lockers to Members and request locker signage. Maintain keys for lockers. Wipe down lockers . Report any maintenance needs to maintenance/management i.e. burned out light bulbs, etc.. Assist Members with reserving bridge tables Set up Coffee Breaks and ice water station as directed Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Assist staff with inventory control of locker room supplies. Attend staff meetings as scheduled PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
