POSITION SUMMARY Grasslands Club is seeking a professional, service-oriented Part-Time Men’s Locker Room Attendant to help deliver an exceptional member experience. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the Men’s Locker Room while providing attentive, personalized service to our members and guests. Due to the location and nature of this position within the Men’s Locker Room, only male candidates will be considered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Men’s Locker Room, restrooms, and shower areas • Greet members and guests by name and serve as a primary point of contact • Restock locker room amenities including towels, toiletries, and grooming items • Perform personal services such as shoe shining and clothing brushing • Issue and manage lockers, keys, towels, and related items • Monitor and ensure security of members’ personal property • Transport towels and linens to and from laundry • Clean trash receptacles and maintain beverage stations • Serve beverages and light food items as needed • Maintain inventory and notify leadership of supply needs • Perform additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization • Dependable, discreet, and professional demeanor • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs QUALIFICATIONS • High School diploma or GED preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Pre-employment drug screening and background check required • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred SCHEDULE • Part-time position • Morning shifts beginning as early as 6:00 a.m. • Weekends and holidays required • Schedule may vary based on club operations COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive hourly wage • Uniform shirt provided • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Staff appreciation and celebration events • Golf privileges and additional club benefits
