Position: Men’s Locker Room Attendant
Department: Clubhouse
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Job Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY:

· Provides all members and guests at the Club with excellent service and maintains the locker room area to the highest possible standards.
· Cleans and returns all member cleats when requested.
· Cleans and maintains all bathroom and shower areas of the Clubhouse Locker Room up to the expected standards of the Club.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to work full-time/part-time on a shift basis, including weekends, and occasionally evenings for special events.
• Background experience in customer service.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities – able to work independently.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, members, and guests.
