We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Locker Room Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Men’s Locker Room, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. Position Summary The Locker Room Supervisor supports the overall management of the men’s locker room by supervising attendants, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all facilities are kept in excellent condition. A key part of this role includes providing professional shoe care and shining services, reflecting Palma Ceia’s tradition of excellence and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Supervise locker room attendants and ensure all service and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy. Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the locker room, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas. Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, conditioning, and minor repairs. Manage towel and laundry services, including collection, washing, drying, folding, and restocking. Maintain and restock all locker room amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and supplies. Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal storage needs. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Ensure compliance with Club standards for safety, cleanliness, and member service. Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with management for resolution. Train new attendants and support staff to uphold the Club’s standards of service and appearance. Qualifications: Prior experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, or high-end service environments required. Professional shoe shining and shoe care experience, a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and service. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour.
