About the role As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will work on behalf of our client—a leading cloud service provider—to expand and strengthen their partner network. You’ll enable IT resellers and/or software companies to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will serve as a bridge between the client and its partners, you’ll help ensure alignment and measurable results. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support. This position combines elements of partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment. What you'll do Plan, manage, and support partner marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals across the MENAT region Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance on marketing & sales tools and strategies to promote vendor products. Foster trusted relationships with key decision-makers to enable long-term success. Advise on and support the execution of marketing tactics, both online and offline Liaise with suppliers to facilitate top partnership contract renewals and drive usage and penetration growth among your partners Monitor, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign KPIs and overall performance, sharing feedback and recommendations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing progress and actionable insights. Organize and deliver marketing webinars and one annual in-person event Collaborate with local teams on MDF requests and claims, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage agencies, oversee deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Preparation and onsite support for client and partner events. This includes bi-annual travel within Europe and more frequent client meetings/events across the MENAT region. Qualifications Fluent Arabic & English speaker. Previous experience of 4/5 years working in a Marketing and/or Partner Management role, ideally in the tech sector. Previous experience and deep understanding of MENAT market specificities and ways of working. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to grow relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. Tech-savvy with an aptitude for process improvement. Operational ability and willingness to drive efficiency and innovation. Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner Experience of planning and managing marketing plans and campaigns; both online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives). Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (Smartsheet or PowerBI will be a plus) with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner. Passion for technology and keeping up with marketing trends. Key Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
