Job Description The role requires min 10 years of technology development experience with min 4 years in Mendix delivery management roles. This experience includes familiarity with software product development life cycles. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time is also required. A bachelor of science degree in engineering, software engineering, science is required. A relevant master's degree will reduce experience requirements. With the advent of technical schools, certain types of technology courses may be required that are specific to the types of projects performed. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar. Extensive experience in Software delivery projects end to end. Ability to run multifunctional teams (Development – Quality – Business Analysts – Technical writers etc..) Advanced knowledge of integration techniques and protocols. Familiar with Microservices architecture and cloud native environments Ability to manage multinational teams, as well as hire and train new teams. Understanding of how to efficiently distribute workloads and allocate resources. People management skills is a must. Excellent communication skills including presentations and technical writing in English. Familiar with Architecture patterns and different deployments options. Efforts sizing and estimations skills for all aspects in the software delivery projects are highly required. Familiarity with hiring and training best practices. Additional Information Excellent, high-level people management skills combined with project management skills are required.
